Members in Good Standing, who have finished in the top half of an annual contest, may Nominate Potential Members until February 6.

Nominees may be made aware of their pending nomination, but they will not be Novitiates until their nomination is favourably acted upon by The Membership Committee and Champions, following BBWAA Voting on January 7, when notifications will be made.
